Over the course of its long history, Virginia Beach Friends School is proud to have demonstrated the ability to evolve and adapt. The Virginia Beach Friends School has experienced a period of growth and expansion over the past few years with the doubling of enrollment, increased annual giving, transformative leadership, new marketing and branding, and community wide recognition and popularity.

Virginia Beach Friends School is now poised to bolster the nurturing academic experience for the entire community with the restructuring of campus and a 18,000 square foot new construction building. This multipurpose building will house spaces that support the enhancement of our programs and curriculum, furthering the school’s reputation as a leader in values based education in Hampton Roads.

The Make New Friends Capital Campaign is embarking on a goal of raising $7,000,000 which will be allocated to pre-construction costs, design, build, beautification, and endowment in order to make this revitalization of Virginia Beach Friends School a reality. The project will be funded by a combination of private philanthropy and short term financing. This endeavor affords the Virginia Beach Friends School community the opportunity to continue on a path of growth while providing a higher quality, well-rounded education.
