We have a group of 8th grade students exploring New York City this week as their capstone trip for our Beyond the Classroom program! This trip has a focus on the arts and the students have already visited The Museum of Modern Art and seen & Juliet! A school trip to NYC must include a stop at the 9/11 Memorial as well! Check back for more on their adventure!

Learning through play! Our Cottage program starts at 2.5 years old and our curriculum embraces learning through play. Learning through play encourages communication, helps with language development, actively engages children, and fosters creativity! By changing out manipulatives and centers, students explore a wide range of PLAY!

We had an incredible day at Red Wing Golf Course for the Friends School tournament yesterday! We had a full course, amazing support from our sponsors, and were able to raise over $15k for our Annual Fund. Thank you to the golfers for pushing through a chilly day in April and for joining us for a successful event with our community! We are already looking forward to next year’s tourney! ⛳️

It deserves celebrating 🌎 Today we had our annual community Earth Day event and we made seed paper, cheerio bird feeders, bird feeders out of milk cartons, and we are set to plant our beans! We had sweet treats and danced in the bubbles! Our garden program is second to none and we strive every day to be good stewards of this Earth…. Not just on Earth Day! 🌎
